We recently took a family trip to our local farm, where we filled 5 cartons with hand picked strawberries. One of my favorite flavor combinations is strawberries with chocolate, there’s nothing quite like it! So I decided to prepare a simple strawberry pie filling, drizzle it with chocolate sauce, sprinkle it with graham cracker crumbs, and serve it in a graham cracker crust. I made 2 versions, a large pie with a homemade crust and mini pies with store bought crusts.
The filling is sweet and juicy with a hint of citrus and the chocolate sauce adds that rich, creamy taste we all love. The graham crumbs and crust provide the perfect crumbly texture and you can even add a fresh whipped topping for that extra pop!
