Knock your Mom’s socks off with these FRESH Strawberry Cupcakes with FRESH Strawberry Buttercream Frosting! Seriously… they might just be the best cupcakes she’ll ever eat! The cake is fluffy and moist, the icing is perfectly sweet and both contain a delicate hint of fresh strawberries! 🍓
I baked the cupcakes in 3 sizes and displayed them on a cupcake tier and stands.
And of course, I served them with fresh strawberry slices!

I had to transport these cupcakes, so I used my Collapsible Cupcake Carrier by Prepworks. It has a shelf (not shown here) and can hold up to 24 cupcakes. I love it and use it often!
