If your family is anything like mine, there is always a bundle of bananas lying around. In fact, we are banana freaks over here… and for good reason! Not only are they delicious, but they are filling and so good for you! They’re rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, and electrolytes, and they contain natural sugars which serve as a healthy alternative to processed sweets. I’m always experimenting with new recipes to use up all the sweet goodness that comes from an over ripe banana. Here are 5 easy recipes I’ve created to put them to good use!
