My Mom has baked these sugar cookies every Holiday season for as long as I can remember. Just one sweet bite and I’m taken back to my fondest childhood memories. For this batch I added my own touch with almond flavoring and Royal (Ornamental) Frosting to create these adorable Easter egg cookies. In this post I’ve included the original recipe with my modifications, as well as some tips and tricks to create the perfect cut-out cookie!
