Easy Baked BBQ Chicken

This is the easiest BBQ chicken recipe around, and the tastiest too! I’ve also included a tutorial on how to brine chicken, which makes the average chicken breast super moist! Enjoy!

If you’ve followed some of my recent posts, you’ll notice that most of my recipe titles begin with the word “EASY”… like my Easy Chicken Chili for example, or my Easy Breakfast Casserole.

I’ll be the first to admit, I’m a simple cook… You won’t see many fancy words like Fondant, or Consomme lingering in my recipe titles. I learned to cook from my Mother, who learned to cook from her parents. Her Father (my Grandfather) was a Chief in the United States Navy, in charge of the kitchen. He was a fabulous cook. What I loved about his meals were their simplicity. He could take the simplest ingredients and transform them into a comforting, delicious meal.
